Started off life as a 13b engine (twin turbo) 250bhp and completely stock standard but with an engine issue.
Mods are as follows:
- New engine using rx8 renesis internals, now classed as a 20b 3 rotor and normally aspirated, custom made by Hayward rotary
- Engine porting ( heavy street port )
- 3x 50mm injection throttle bodies
- 6x Bosch individual coil packs
- Fuel pressure regulator
- Microtech ltx 12 ecu with custom map for the 3 rotor engine
- Hydraulic handbrake
- Hawk rear pads
- Tein super drift coilovers
- 4 wheel alignment and camber/ castor settings altered
- Full replikit bodykit ( I always need new bumpers )
- 18" rota boost drifts
- Skylinepart custom roll cage
- Plumbed in fire extinguisher kit
- Internal and external cut off switches
- Engine brace
- Diff brace
- Mazdaspeed 2 way diff
- Toyo R888's 225/40/18 on the front
- Falken or khumo 225/235's on the rear
The engine now produces around 340bhp and has a very distinctive sound too.
